Thank you for shopping with Arispo. We take pride in the quality of our products and value your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date the order was delivered.
- You must provide both video and image proof of the product as received.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
- Email us at support@arispo.in within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear images and an unboxing video showing the issue.
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery
- Products without proper proof (image/video)
- Used, damaged, or washed items
- Products under final sale or discount clearance
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days.
